You can find this tool yourself on the main WHO website.

1)Google "world heath organization"
2)First link is their home page, "www.who.int"
3)Tab "Health Topics" (Near the top left)
4)Click the letter "I" in the alphabet from the drop down menu.
5)Under "I" click "Influenza (avian and other zoonotic)"
6)To the right click "Data"
7)Select from the drop down menu "Global influenza virological surveillance (in the Global Health Observatory)"
That opens the tab with the website, linked by OP AudioLead and Always_Late_Lately

I'm making this post so people can start from google and end with the link. Absolutely no fuckery, because I did it myself starting from google.
I took a screen shot from my computer and from my browser. If you do as well, you can show people with 100% confidence that it is truly pulled off of the WHO website. I think this is powerful.
I also noticed something odd from doing this...
(edit: original said "To the left click "Data"" --- should've said "To the right click "Data"")
