10pm everywhere else. 5am Returns to hiding.
I said this yesterday when I walked mask-less into the dentist office when they were reading coopers latest dictator edict on WRAL I could see another patient,, a lady smiling under her mask. Then she took it off and sat without it until she was called back.
I was so proud of her!
