Ok, you loop the belt around the BACK of your neck, just over the tops of your ears, and you'll grab both ends of the belt with one hand right about the center of your forehead. Looping it around your throat like when you whack off would make the hairline wrong. There is something wrong with some of you. Deeply wrong.
