Significance of world wide lock down.

Sleepers cannot blend in. No crowds. Planes and trains empty. Easy to track, easy to monitor movement. The sleepers know the jig is up. Being forced to ground. The hunters have become the hunted. No targets for mass events. No schools, no universities in session. No concerts, no ball games, no nothing. No mass events - no fear - no panic. Everyone is in lock down - no running - no hiding. Makes monitoring and surveillance static / not dynamic. Targets not moving easier to take down when the time comes.

World economy suffering, but corrupt entities (insurgents for the sake of sticking to the COIN paradigm) suffering more. Their liquidity issues much more fragile than nations', because they have no safety net. Squeezing them dry. Forcing them to act, expose themselves for public take down. Example - the Russia - Saudi Arabia oil price war was a ruse... everything above the $25 price per barrel was black mail / protection money - no pipelines blown up, ships attacked, facilities sabotaged, etc... All that inflation because of the inflated price for oil for all those years... a scam. Same with communications - example - submarine fiber optic cables... don't pay protection and a fishing trawler drags its anchor over your cable. Pick an industry... its all a scam. WHO just exposed, WTO next... waiting for the U.N. to get kicked out of the U.S..

There will be collateral. Unavoidable. That is why the lock down. But current lock down is a dry run. The Corona Virus release is a threat - Trump has called the bluff - but the U.S. is key. If the U.S. cannot be made to heel, the rest of the world will follow. Danger is real. But the weapon is fear causing panic causing social unrest causing the government to fail.

Why is the world sending massive amounts of PPE to the U.S.?

1. U.S. is the logical main target - attacking any where else is the world is just another escalation of threat, not retaliation / attack of the main counterinsurgency. The insurgency / corruption is domestic and international. The counterinsurgency is domestic and international. I know it may be hard to fathom... but we have many allies... Russia, Saudi Arabia, Japan, China... keep thinking through the fog of what is happening. They all have deep states being run by the insurgents to deal with internally as well as externally. The fact that we are all fighting the insurgents at the same time makes it impossible for the insurgents to utilize a favorite tactic of getting us to fight one another.

2. If other country / countries are attacked, the PPE staged in U.S. is for immediate transport to the hot spot. Watch the President's briefings. His language is coded. Use the COIN manual to decipher. Read the COIN manual several times so that the terminology is very familiar to you. Listen to the President, the Vice, Birx, Fauci, anyone in the press briefing, very closely. It will all start to make sense.

Why do you think the Boeing 737 fleet is grounded? It is for rapid deployment of equipment and troops as needed within the U.S. or to anywhere in the world. This is the real Operation Airlift.

Billions spent on military for all new equipment and replenish ammunition stockpiles. Stage one.

Billions spent on the shut down to create infrastructure to address mass event, reorganize food distribution, and prepare civilian population psychologically. Stage two.

Ball is in insurgent / corrupt court. They will attack. There is no surrender. There is no where in the world for them to go. The war is over... Gettysburg has been fought and won... but the insurgents have no choice but to fight. It is their nature. They are incapable of mercy, and will be shown none.
