The actual question is.. Is the Constitution still the highest law of the land. The Constitution clearly states the election rules and electors is set by the State legislatures.
Scotus rules in Texas favor then by default President Trump wins all those electors . Second term. but if Scotus rules against Texas( which won't happen) but if they did then the constitution is no longer the highest law in the land which means no Constitution and no UNION. TEXAS is free to leave the Union and become it's own country again. The Constitution is the agreedment of laws all states made if that agreement is no longer valid then the union is over. I believe Texas has the balls to leave. AND on top that..

Either SCOTUS VICTORY or the MILITARY.does it's own investigation into the 2020 election while under Martial law.
