There was also a very mysterious call / fax to Art Bell of a Time Traveler that some claim was also John Titor.

I haven't read these in a long time but remember being struck by:

• He was afraid to eat food of today

• He talked about how much freedom on the internet we had (then).

• How we will speak in acronyms in the future.

• Something about visiting his family (and his future self) relocating them to Florida.

This Titor fully says is the timeline HE experienced and that it could be different from ours.

From what I remember his mission was to go back in time and get a rare IBM chip, which later turned out to be a very rare chip that no one really knew about.

I breezed through one of the Baron books and it talked about riots on fifth avenue.

The question is which time line are we on?
