No Room in this State..

Barely room to turn around in the little front yard & when you do if you’ve been drinkin you might get stuck in the ¾ acre 250,000-gallon water puddle in the middle of the damn front yard.

Get Catfish stuck in your Floorboards..

When we moved here we thought the neighbors were great... quiet, hardly ever saw them.. Might have had something to do with there only being four houses within 2 square miles..

But lately I’ve noticed there seems to be more of them around.. Folks from California, Colorado etc..

It’s winter , the damn leaves are falling off the trees and opening up the sight lines a bit.. Why this morning I noticed you can see a neighbors house from here now..

Crowded..Wide open spaces ain’t so wide anymore..

Friggen Pests Everywhere..

Deer always eating your plants, Hogs keep tripping your traps, Hawks always flying around throwing shadows on the pages of a book your fixin ta read, rabbits & squirrels running through the yard stirring the dogs up..

The other day the LeonBerger got so wrapped up chasing a squirrel he ran under the BBQ smoker and damn near carried it across the yard on his back.. lucky he didn’t ruin the steaks.. Damn Dogs..

Our politicians even getting all uppity, some would say even civilized and gentrified even..

Hell they’s filing ‘Lawsuits’ against other states these days - rather than letting the boys buyin ammo at the general store know there’s an issue that ‘nudge nudge’ needs takin care of.

Almost forgot.. You can’t get decent food here! Nothin but Mexican Food, Steaks & Seafood everywhere you look..
