To original poster, does SCOTUS's ruling to amount to "States don't have to strictly abide by the Constitution anymore?" Am I missing something? (I don't understand the reason for its rejection.)
I know they rejected it based on its standing, but what does that mean? It sounds like they do not want to hear the case.

I mean, if a state cannot sue another state for breach of election law in the SCOTUS, then what venue is there for enforcing election law? Doesn't this make election law is meaningless?
