One EO from him and your local water company will do what he wants to the letter; and, even exceed that! WC officials will still have access, and still get paid. They will still be getting handouts from DC...oh, yes, they'll bring the hammer down 5 times harder than the cops will, under guise of 'obeying the law'.

I work for a company whose contract is with the city. One person in a building of about 1000, mol, was diagnosed with Covid. IMMEDIATELY, they started to restrict activity, using the term 'overabundance of caution'. A super quarantine was begun, and the entire building was closed for about a week, and entire sections walled off like ICU departments in a hospital. That was the first day! Now, we all have to take a 1 week per month furlough. This overabundance of caution is now at the subcritical level!
