Something just occurred..... They said that as a result of the constitution requiring someinjury, they could not give it standing. So, should it be legal to resubmit, this might turn out for the better. We know that Alito and Thomas seem to be on board. Who declined it? Trump's Justices..... If the first submission was declined then a resubmission with appropriate cause has no choice but to go through. My biggest thing was even if Trump gets a scotus win, they could claim he stacked the courts. In this way, though, it shows the Justice's committment to the integrity of the constitution.....

Admittedly, it does sound a tad farfetched. But, then again, so was 2016's victory lol..... Idk what's up or what's down, but Flynn doesn't think it's over, so neither should we.
