Shes correct....the state legislatures can do this all by themselves without the Supreme Court....this is why the Supreme Court has thus far been silent. It's up to the Republican legislatures in Lansing, Madison, Harrisburg, Atlanta, Phoenix, and Carson City. End of story. The courts can help, but they can't effect the electors.
