The thing is, for something like this, armed resistance is not needed (and, in fact, given that they are using "muh credible threat" as an excuse, may be counterproductive.) A large group of small, unarmed women could force their way in there and get those electors in there, as long as some were willing to get arrested in the process. The police would not dare to just shoot in that case, but they may if it were an armed militia forcing themselves in- which makes that scenario dangerous for the electors, too. The point is to overwhelm the police faster than they can deal with, making space for the electors to get in, livestream everything (edit: except for the election aspects, that could jeopardize the vote of course,) and ideally have a few lawyers on standby to manage the arrests.
