So then it's incorrectly being called a LARP by what you are describing. A LARP is simply a front. This is an existing executive order. Perhaps the doomers should clarify in the future.

Either way - legally speaking - getting your cases dismissed is literally the only way to appeal to a higher court. I believe the problem is that many people, doomers especially, don't understand our legal system and how it works, even in the slightest. In the SCOTUS case, for example, the SCOTUS never stated that they wouldn't take the case. The case was not heard. Simple really. They felt it has no standing, not based on the MERITS but based, rather, on who brought forth the case. This is very common in litigation. They simply feel that Trump should be the one bringing the case to them. Yet they also feel that he cannot simply jump over all of the lower courts. He HAS to go through the lower courts (get his casses dismissed and appealed until it reaches the SCOTUS).

It simply is how our system works and has worked for a very long time. If people understood our court systems they would be blown away at how fast these cases are moving. Trump truly does work fast. It's mind blowing how much litigation has been done within these past few weeks.
