Either the dems win in the lower courts and continue with the mantra that Biden won, there's no evidence, or Trump wins and the dems appeal. Ultimately, either SCOTUS rules for Trump or we lose the judicial branch.

They have the current cases, and they have any cases they may file in the near term. If the EO and insurrection act are going to help. they're really running out of time fast. I don't think any of that is going to help. They've got to act, and then based on what they find, they file new cases or strengthen existing ones. They're virtually out of time on that. They could use the EO/insurrection act to shock and awe, but again, they're running out of time. If they're going to do it, what are they waiting on? If not SCOTUS or Congress, what he has left is martial law, coup d'etat, violence and riots in the streets, and civil war. He's not going to use that to seize power. Doing so is more likely to make the color revolution successful if anything. The violence will likely happen if SCOTUS or Congress inaugurate Trump for any reason.
