Just going to throw cold water on this theory. Apparently the DNI John Radcliffe is being thwarted by his own staff from even mentioning China in his report. This EO will result in a very sternly worded letter and that’s it. Not saying trump isn’t going to do something but this EO isn’t going to be the watershed moment everyone thinks it.
