the Insurrection Act is also a legal option

The law of the land is the US Constitution. It doesn't matter what US Code says, what past presidents have done, or what a judge says. I'm going to get in trouble for saying this, but the Insurrection Act is not a way that Trump can stay in power. Especially if he waits too long. Yes we need it either way to clean up the mess, round up the traitors, remove foreign influence, and restore our republic. AFTER the votes are counted - if we fail to hold a contingent election - there won't be any a legal option that will make Trump president. There isn't a legal option that would keep Pelosi or some RINO from becoming president then. The line of succession is clear.

But the Constitution was never a death pact, and cannot protect a corrupt society. We are not to worship the process when it no longer protects justice.

When we say "cross the Rubicon" (which I support) it doesn't just mean "take some action that will have consequences and half the country will hate you for". It means TAKE YOUR RIGHTFUL PLACE THAT THE USURPERS TRIED TO STEAL FROM US EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO IGNORE THE CONSTITUTION. The Democrats have already violated it. They've shredded the Constitution and set it on fire. It's as good as toilet paper now.

There will soon be no more good remedies. Only legal ones. That's not justice. As in the time of Julius, the Republic was already crumbling and a false shadow of it's former self.
