If they were, wouldn't they be doing that instead of making (imo empty) assurances that ONLY illegal speech will be censored.

Read the list of what is against the law. It pretty much reads like the UK hate speech laws.

If they were, wouldn't they be doing that instead of pretending that they're not going to enforce hate speech laws when they actually are, they just want to give you the impression that they won't because only "things that break the law" will be censored.
