I honestly just use 3tbsp of both ascorbic acid and sunflower lecithin with 12 oz distilled water.

Mix using a sonic jewellery cleaning device for about 90 minutes and it’s good. By my calculations, it’s about 5 grams per oz (it reduces slightly), and the recommended upper dose of regular vitamin c is 2,000 mg per day.

I take 1-2 ounces per day. There’s a way to test how encapsulated it is, but I don’t get stomach upset (the most common side effect of large doses) so i figure it works.
