I don’t think there is some super secret 5d chess move. I think I he is hoping out that SCOTUS takes one of his court cases and we start overturning states. That fails, he hopes someone disputes and we get duelling electors. I don’t think it will stand up too legal challenge sadly, so that won’t work.
