Edit: looks like I was mistaken about the “cap on the syringe,” (I saw that on TD), and I’m not a medical professional, but here are some things:

1. Not everybody wants this vaccine. That is factual.
2. A great many of people have been getting vaccines in front of video cameras.
3. There are questions about whether or not every one of these people a) wanted the vaccine, and b) actually got the injection when they were being recorded.

This article outlines questions about a vaccine recipient who was injected with the needle, but the plunger in the syringe was already depressed.
