Concealed means concealed, and I’m sure it’ll be cold. The colder it is, the easier it is to conceal body armor, and other defensive tools that our creator has endowed us with, and the constitution protects. It’s really that simple. Anyone who goes and doesn’t have these basic defensive tools isn’t thinking very clearly. At the bare minimum you need to have body armor, and some type of helmet. Certain types of helmets are better too IMHO because they give better protection/coverage, and in a pinch if you aren’t wearing, and holding it, it can be used as a hell of a weapon. The same can be said for a skateboard. The great thing about both of these things is that there is plausible deniability when using them. They aren’t considered weapons by most of the general public.

Edit: I’ve been doing a little research, and slingshots would be an easily concealable, and quiet defensive tool to have on hand that almost anyone can afford. It looks like they’re totally legal in DC too. Somebody please correct me if I’m wrong.
