I usually make omelet, baked beans, fried bread and blanched broccoli once a week. Delicious...
...Almost as nice and healthy as blending a can of sweet corn kernels with chicken stock powder, soy sauce and chili powder until smooth... and serving it with fresh coriander (from my garden) and buttered bread. Takes about 5 minutes to make and cost about $1 per serving... served with a glass of red wine and it's nicer than anything from a fancy restaurant.
Chinese broccoli and tofu on rice is another favorite that costs about $1.50 per serving and takes less that 5 minutes to make. This is what pisses me off when welfare Congoids with $1000 smartphones and $1000 sneakers claim they can't afford to eat.
