Where do you think all those Polish jokes originated? Lugans are known for being clever...and my family is to be counted amongst those whose lands and livestock and possessions were "reappropriated" by the Nazis there, to "repatriate" Germans. People mistake Prussianism for German, but the Germans appropriated Prussia. Being Prussian is as much a state of mind and culture as is being an American.
