5 .) The Constitution vests the judicial powers into the judiciary; hence it's their job to determine things like illegal ELECTORS/votes. Two weeks to go in this judiciary phase as written in the US Constitution. Jan 6th is the next phase.
(1) So I take it that there needs to be some favorable rulings from Courts between now and Jan 6, with regards to illegal electors or fraud elections in these of these six states. If not, it is all over. Correct?
(2) Assuming status quo, the 270+ current Biden Electors will go to Congress on Jan 6 for CERTIFICATION. That certification vote will go to a full vote of both chambers, the 435 Member House and the Senate. Correct? Some are claiming that it goes to a Vote of States in The House. I say that it goes to a full vote in both chambers. Even when Rep Mo Brooks and Senator Tuberville objects to certification of Electors, it goes to a full vote. A majority in both chambers must REJECT certification.
Only after rejection of Electors -- which makes it a Contingent Election (no candidate has 270 votes) -- can it then go to a Vote of States in The House.
