I know there was sabotage in another way though. This is clear to me.

It affects both the US and Canada : we have states that returned infected patients into the nursing home. This was a killing spree. Who ordered this ? Because here in Quebec we did the same than Cuomo at the same time. I think the list NY, NJ, Quebec province, and another US state I don't' remember.
The prosecutor who will investigate this could become a hero. My Prime minister said they were told the hospitals would overflow (they never did) so they had to send them back (and contaminate the most vulnerable). Cuomo even signed an order to force nursing homes to accept them. It looks like Chinese propaganda intentionally creating a panic in the governors' minds to kill Canadians and Americans. This is huge.
