According to a test of 3,000 people? Why does a 3,000 person test translate to 2.7M people being infected?

What a deceiving narrative there. I thought with all the tests we have been doing they were saying that they already tested 2 million-plus people and came up with this estimate.

3,000 people in that test. 390 people (13%) had the china virus. That's how they arrived at that 2.7M number??? Whoop-dee-doo.

SPEZ: damn, it is opposite day for the downvoting cucks. When fake news polls use 3,000 person samples to claim that Hillary/Biden will win in November that is "a crappy small sample" for you (and it is a crappy sample) but when it is used to push a narrative about the China virus the 3,000 person sample is now reliable for you tards.
