We HAVE strong evidence - no assumptions necessary. 97.4% reduction in death rate. Has any vaccine ever worked so well? I honestly don't know. Despite that comparison, that is STRONG evidence, and when you're talking about 1,450 subjects in a study that is no longer "anecdotal," that is statistically significant.
