Mainly Nashville and a few other cities in the SE and some scattered outages in a few places across the US.
Someone said that an AT&T Transmission Tower in Nashville was also affected in a "direct action."
That makes more sense although the explosion downtown was huge, the buildings are still standing.
Someone also said that since there is no power in the area of the explosion the AT&T data center is running on natural gas fueled generators and now gas service has been shutdown also for about 5 to 6 hours while they check the damage for potential gas leaks.
