Nashville’s Downtown Tests the City-Within-a-City Concept If say a real estate development worth 450 million was scheduled in the area.. do you suppose prices would drop on real estate needed for the development after a bombing?
You know, something along the lines of an arsonist burning a building that someone wants to buy. Not saying thats what happened.. but it needs to be on the list of motives.
EDIT: The parcels involved in the article are not at the site, but a larger development would certainly be envisioned for the area if the real estate prices suddenly adjusted downward.
