Yep, Democrats basically bought out much of the GOP when they stole the election, basically saying "Get behind us in getting Trump out, and we won't steal your elections too....at least not most of you". And Trump is basically saying "Ok well....guess what, they won't have to steal your elections from you, because you're going to lose even if they don't". He's trying to counter Democrats bribe of the GOP by basically saying to the GOP, "Do the right thing and I will stop them, do the wrong thing and you lose no matter what".
