If that is the case, then this isn't sufficient evidence to suggest that the bomb wasn't in the RV.

The approximate center of the blast when it's at its largest does appear to be across the street, though. But that's weak evidence at best.

Edit: I take that back. The very first blast frame in the first part of the video doesn't show the left edge of it. You can't actually see where the center is there. And that frame in the slowed down second half showing the intact RV? It doesn't exist in the fullspeed part before it. I don't know where it came from and it could be some sort of artifact.
