Interesting...if he doesn't, then there are two options I can think of:

(1) Pence goes ahead and counts the fraudulently-acquired EC votes, thus committing fraud himself, and electing Biden.

(2) Pence doesn't show up to count the votes, or he shows up in person but doesn't count the votes and declare anything.

I can't think of anything else (barring a cataclysmic meteor strike or supernova). What do you think will happen?
