Think of people in the EU - Merkel, Lagarde, Rothschild, and various others involved with Central Planning like Klaus Schwab who may all have allegiance with partners in the CCP.

An Axis of that magnitude would have their pulse on everything they've ever infiltrated, controlled, and managed with a never ending supply of capital to achieve whatever they wanted.
