No problem. I fat-finger stuff sometimes too, everyone does, especially in unimportant writing like forum posts.
Thing is, we know better, and in important writing (business stuff, etc.) we'd carefully proofread and thus never make such errors.
I do the corrections here not for people like us, but rather for the people who really don't know these errors ARE errors. Because of that, even in their important writing that they self-proofread, they won't ever catch these errors. They'll go through life with everyone cringing at their homophone errors and other major errors even in very important documents while they remain clueless about it and think that everything is fine.

No problem. I fat-finger stuff sometimes too, everyone does. The reason I do these corrections is not to annoy people like us who know better and just brain-farted momentarily.
Rather I do it for the people who really don't know it's wrong. It's better that someone tell them because it's really bad for them to go through life with everyone cringing at their homophone errors and other major errors while they're clueless about it and think that everything is fine.

No problem. I screw up sometimes too and type the wrong word even though I absolutely know better. Everyone does occasionally, especially when they're in a hurry and can't proofread.
The reason I do those corrections is not to annoy people like us who know better and just fat-finger something rarely.
