Seems like the bomb was manually detonated and he was waiting for people to leave to make it go off. Add to this the fact that the RV was reportedly first spotted in the area before 2AM and we have a lot more questions than when we began. Was it not a coincidence the bomb went off around 6:30? Does that timing seem oddly specific?

I'm gonna add to this observation, lots of interesting questions like: why wait until 6:30 to make a bomb go off and not do it in the middle of the night when people are less likely to get hurt? It's obvious more people would be around at 6:30 than 4:00AM. If the guy was in the area before 6AM why wait until morning to set it off?? Why wait until morning to broadcast a message telling people to get out of the way?
