I'm in nursing school, and currently a CNA here in Michigan. I can tell you that thre vast majority of CNA's and especially nurses are very very opposed to getting any type of vaccine, that isn't the normal ones given when young.

Nurses unions would bring these hospitals to their fucking knees if they tried to mandate something like that. You would see a mass exodus of nurses moving to office positions and nursing homes; as we have already seen over thr past year. Soooo many nurses moving out of direct patient care, a lot of VERY experienced nurses at that. LTC facilities are starting to pay considerably more than hospitals, and its much much less stressful.
