Discovery Channel screwed over Cody Lundy of Dual Survivor fame, and he attempted to sue them for damages and was denied, twice I believe.

Suing isn't easy, so for this guy to navigate the national political stages he does making the grand claims he posts, then yeah, I guess he does know what he's doing.
