No one will convince me that this security guard is in the right. He basically told that woman "You're 17 you have no rights, I can tell you to leave if I want" (even though she's 21). Not in those exact words, but that's basically what he was saying. If he got into an argument with someone that ran off when security came, then the idea of yelling at this guy to leave has no excuse, especially without a complainant. Yelling at the one person remaining behind after an argument , after the other person ran off, can't be justified. It's harassment and clearly victimization of the victim. Looks like he was basically trying to tell the guy, "What do you expect wearing that Trump mask?!". It's not his job to be the political fashion police. Nothing he did there was helpful or useful. It was basically Chinese "evil uncle" type bullshit.
