Yeah, I'm lighter dark skin. I'm actually way lighter than anyone in my father's family, but darker from my mother's family. Some parts of my body (not touched by the sun) are uneven, because I tan in certain areas and not others.

My father side has African and native Caribbean islanders (dark skin), however, my father was a stereotype and abandoned me and my mother, therefore, I don't recognize him as a father. So, I only defend and look after my mother's side of the family (100% pure Spaniards) and ironically I had a family member that was slave owner. (The only slave owner in my family was also dark skin and a woman) you'll to see the expressions on people's faces when I tell them this.
