Lol I DO NOT THINK THEY TAPED IT OFF?? Talking about the edge transition from door trim/caulk to brick? It looks more like the spray paint took to the white/metal/painted door but got sucked into the porous brick? There is black spray paint on the brick, just not saturated much because it soaked straight into the brick pores. Let me know if it was something else but that’s what it looks like to me.
