Basically, about a month ago, the top WHO bureaucrats were giving a press conference and Ryan suggested that people would need to be "removed" from their homes to stop the spread of COVID. It's unclear if he meant by force, but that doesn't seem unthinkable for a globalist UN institution to try and pressure countries into KGB-style quarantine tactics. Regardless, Trump has defunded them in the meantime.
In the second video, from about three weeks ago, Elizabeth is basically giving a ceremonial motivational speech to the UK, since her practical powers are rather limited for the most part, with the prime minister exercising power in the name of the crown, under the "royal prerogative."
She promotes patriotism and prayer, then relates a story about her youth during WWII and being separated from her sister, relating it to how many people feel isolated during the present quarantine (and some families are literally separated, with most hospital/nursing home visits being banned). She then quotes a wartime song by British singer Vera Lynn from 1939, "We'll Meet Again."
