You want to trespass on extremely sensitive federal grounds, you're liable to get your ass shot. The first 20 guards who decided they were outnumbered and gave up doesn't mean the 21st guard you encounter is required to give up as well. They probably saw a threat and eliminated it. Probably exactly what they're trained to do when an unidentified individual refuses to comply with officer's demands and keeps walking forward.
