First of all, the Communists occupying the SCOTUS ruled the Consitution is tinder waiting to be torched, thereby voiding its authority and underming the government occupiers of any legitimacy, so there is no need to secede, rather, a union of States would just need to be established who wanted to reinstate the Constitution. Second of all, given the fact that our elections have been so illegitimate for so long, I would be surprised if there was a single State, controlled by enough Patriots, so that it would be willing to enforce the Constitution and protect us from these domestic enemies.
