They wanted the Deepfake to be believable. It's barely plausibly in Trump's character to make a message like this. It's certainly not in his character to use certain language like "concede", if he ended up making such a message. Presumably, the Fakers would factor that into their creation.

I don't necessarily believe this, nor that it was deepfaked in the first place. Just speculating.
