Unfortunately, there aren't many options in the compiler space.
GCC is the only other big compiler that's open source, and it uses the GPL whcih is a copyleft license, and therefore communist.
also, Clang has a newer codebase so it's more flexible.
so I'm kinda stuck with Clang.
Edit: I personally would love for there to be a new compiler written in C, C++ makes it too damn complex.
