The left/ systems way to get around constitutional matters is they have "private companies " be enforcement of what they want. You establish a bunch of vertical monopolies and then laugh and say "private business " as they dump on the small businesses of those that aren't useful to them. Activist politicians and judges allow them to keep these monopolies while "condemning " them, especially on the RINO side. And the play keeps going.
