edit- Fuck they're based in Washington State, so they could be taken very easily. The past biggest example I recall is Megaupload and the foreign negotiation with New Zealand was the biggest pain in America's ass, they still caved obviously but not having that sovereign layer of protection for them to go through means this will play out only one way, got a real bad feeling about it.
