Most of the browsers are going to be built off of the big two. Mainly firefox from what I have seen. These alternative browsers really just change the default settings of their parent browsers. You can do this yourself. The problem comes up because you don't really know what all the changes they made. I hear that the Brave browser has some kind of vpn integration.
