You can't vote in person or by mail if you are an illegal alien or a legal non citizen (green card holder). That is illegal. You have no right to be registered to vote or vote. You should not have received a ballot to begin with. Are they registered to vote? How can they get a ballot if they are not registered to vote? That in itself is illegal. It should be pretty easy to check voter registration signatures.
If they registered to vote and/or voted they should be deported (illegals) or stripped of their legal residence (green card holders).
I was a green card holder not too long ago. They told me: the only difference regarding rights between you and a US citizen is that you can't register to vote, vote and run for office. And they went on to tell me that if they find out that I register to vote or vote that it is a federal crime and that I can have my green card revoked and be deported. I'm sure that if I would've done it I would've been long gone or in prison. So, no, I have no sympathy for these mofos.
