EDIT: This guy is clearly inserted there as part of the false flag. If he weren't, he would have appeared in the original FBI poster with pictures of protesters from the Capitol. Clearly, because he was so loud and obnoxious, and destructive. But he wasn't on the poster, even though he was impossible to miss in the video.
